At AH Homes & Hardware, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

We Zaccept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse or mishandling

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

We will notify you via email once your refund is issued.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
