We do not collect or store payment card details of any kind — checkout on this site is processed by bank transfer only, so we never handle card numbers, and there is no card payment step anywhere on the site.

We use this information to process and fulfil your orders, provide customer service, keep you updated on order and delivery status, and respond to messages you send us. If you've subscribed to our newsletter, we'll also use your email to send occasional updates about new arrivals and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely for order fulfilment, customer support, and improving this site. Running the site does involve a small number of hosting and infrastructure providers — for storing product images, hosting the site itself, and hosting the database — who process data on our behalf under their own security practices, and never use it for their own separate purposes.

This site uses two kinds of browser storage. Session cookies keep you signed in to your account after you log in. Local storage — kept only on your own device — remembers the contents of your shopping cart between visits, so it doesn't empty if you close your browser. Neither is used for advertising, and neither tracks you across other websites.

Passwords are never stored as plain text — they are hashed before being saved, so even we cannot see your actual password. All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to what's needed to run the store and fulfil orders.
